Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, welcome visitors and ensure their requests are properly forwarded;
• Create entries in the accounting system for 85 to 100 invoices daily;
• Research proof of delivery;
• Check information regarding discrepancies in the billing and shipping process;
• Communicate and deal with other terminals as needed for questions, requests for documentation, etc.;
• Perform any other related accounting tasks.

Job Requirements

• Diploma of vocational studies in accounting;
• Functional proficiency in English (an asset);
• One or two years of experience in a similar position;
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, Outlook and Sage software;
• Sense of logic and attention to detail;
• Professionalism and discretion;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Organization and priority management skills;
• Autonomy and good concentration.
